Ended up taking Mr. Shoemaker to Small Claims Court. Court found in my favor. Awaiting response from Mr. Shoemaker.
Pros:
Hard to think of anything concrete to list here.
Cons:
Does NOT back up his work or follow through on commitments. Rust reappeared with in months of work, work to pick up truck bed began to flake off with in weeks...definately not the LINEX job requested. Difficult to contact, doesn't reply in timely manner to phone calls or emails.
