First Course: Herbed Goat Cheese and Prosciutto wrapped Shrimp. Served with Nana's Rose
Second Course: Tomato Bisque with Fresh Basil. Served with Chardonnay
Third Course: Greek Stuffed Beef Flank Steak served with Couscous and Roasted Winter Vegetables OR Mediterranean Garlic Chicken served with Couscous and Roasted Winter Vegetables . Served with Meritage
Fourth Course: Chocolate Mousse . Served with Port from the Barrel
