Frank Stephens has been blessed with one extra chromosome in each cell in his body, giving him membership in that exclusive group of people who are commonly described as having Down syndrome. Frank describes himself as an Actor, Author, and Advocate.

ReelAbilities, powered by the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia, is part of the largest film festival in the country dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of people with different abilities. The 4th annual Greater DC festival will feature 18 screenings will be held at more than 15 partner locations. Post-screening discussions and special programs bring together the community to explore, embrace and advocate for our friends, neighbors, co-workers, and families.
