McLean

McLean is located between the George Washington Parkway and the town of Vienna. It is similar to Vienna, but with a more upscale atmosphere. You will notice that the neighborhoods are extremely nice and that the restaurant and bar scenes are more lavish than the average sports pub. The great thing about McLean is that it is also close to D.C. and Tyson’s Corner. This makes it an upscale escape from the busy downtown city. Many Congressman and high-ranking government officials have made McLean their home away from home, thus creating the atmosphere the area has grown into. The restaurants in the area are mildly expensive but serve high quality cuisine and excellent service. The shopping is at a similar level of taste but again provides authenticity and that extra superiority you might be looking for. A trip to downtown D.C. is only a heartbeat away, leaving your options for McLean and D.C. nightlife wide open.
