Join us to make your own Halloween-themed Unicorn Cake!
Event Details
Join Dawn Alston from Ravy Cakes, LLC competitor on Food Networks Wedding Cake Championship, for a family fun Halloween Unicorn Cake Decorating Class.
In this class, each student will receive a crumb-coated 2-layer, 6-inch cake and will learn how to apply buttercream to the cake. In addition, students will learn various piping techniques, how to tint fondant, cover the cake with fondant, and how to create fondant accessories. Throughout the class, Chef Dawn will share tips and tricks about cake decorating.
All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the class only. A box will be provided for students to take their cake home. All students are eligible for a 5% discount on purchases at Fran's on the day of class.
