Hi there,
My name is Kristyn Brier and I work with local nonprofit Rock Recovery. Our mission is to support men and women throughout the DMV who are working to overcome disordered eating and body image issues. Along with providing supportive recovery services to those who are struggling, we also provide educational and supportive services to families who are helping a loved in their recovery journey. We offer a FREE parent support group for families and friends looking for additional support in the VA area.
The group meets in Falls Church, VA on the first and third Monday of each month from 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM. Group is led by Rock Recovery counselor Crystal Hamling. The first Monday of each month is open to both families and those who are working to recover. The third Monday is reserved for families and loved only.
