Sacred Sparks Learning and Meditation - Gratitude and Thanksgiving

Let’s use this opportunity as we approach Thanksgiving to grow a sense of gratitude in our lives. What does Judaism teach about gratitude? How might we become more aware of the many blessing that surround us daily? Each monthly session will include learning, personalization of the theme, and a short, guided meditation to internalize what we hope to manifest in our lives. No meditation experience is required. Great for adults or teens. Minimum attendance required. In-person in the Mishkan!
