Welcome to the Defense Logistics Agency’s Facebook page. DLA was founded in 1961 and today is home to 25,000 civilian and military employees in most states and 28 foreign countries. The Agency’s worldwide distribution depots supply almost every consumable item America’s military services need to operate, from groceries to jet fuel. Those supplies include 86 percent of the service’s repair parts, 100 percent of subsistence, fuel, medical, clothing and construction material.
