Description

Velocity Dance is Northern Virginia's best dance studio offering all-star competitive teams for hip hop, jazz, and pom as well as dance/technique and tumbling classes for all ages! While this is Velocity Dance's first year as a dance studio and all-star facility our program and instructors have well-known recognition in the not only Northern Virginia but throughout the nation. For the past six years Suzanne Mansfield (Owner) has created a presence in the dance world as a well known choreographer, program director and coach. Receiving such awards as the Cheer and Dance Extreme's "IEP Award" and being nominated for USASF "Dance Coach of the Year", Suzanne has been instrumental in leading her dance teams to many national titles and world rankings in the USASF's Dance Worlds. Our highly dedicated and enthusiastic staff fosters not only a love for dance, but instills self-esteem and passion in our athletes. Velocity Dance prides itself not only the success found on the stage, but off the stage through positive relationships and a family atmosphere.
