Flaming Accordions is a place where we will celebrate and feature Virginia based Artists, Musicians and Writers. Our name comes from one of our favorite Virginia Based Bands, Carbon Leaf, when introducing Tom McCormack who is currently touring with the band. He is also a Virginia Based Artist and Musician. It was at the NorVa show the Friday after Thanksgiving 2006, when Lead Singer, Barry Privett, introduced Tom and claimed that his website was FlamingAccordions.com instead of TorchtheSun.com.
