Nasime is a small sized Japanese restaurant with a totally new concept – upscale Japanese cuisine at a casual price point. Chef/Owner Yuh Shimomura has trained in Ginza, Tokyo and with over 15 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. To serve the highest quality food at an affordable cost, all materials are prepared from scratch by a chef Yuh. Our goal is to introduce both authentic and modern Japanese cuisine to Old Town in a friendly atmosphere.
Signature Tasting ($48)
Nasime will focus on mainly 5 course tasting which will change bi-monthly. Course include a wide variety of Japanese cuisine, such as Tsukuri (raw dishes), Yakimono (Grilled dishes), Agemono (Fried dishes), Nabe (Japanese style casserole) and more. Also it can be catered to our guest taste with advanced notice. Signature tasting is based on the most important concept of Japanese cuisine “Syun - in season.”

We will open Fall 2016. We are finishing the build-out of our space and look forward to serving you.

Signature tasting is our specialty and recommended; however, we will offer a variety of a la carte menu as well. We will also have a large selection of premier sake, wines, beers, Hai-ball (Japanese whiskey & soda), and more.
