Funded by a special tax paid by property owners within the BID’s boundaries that amounts to a Fy2019 budget of approximately $2.6 million, the Crystal City BID is governed by a Board of Directors elected by its membership comprised of more than 40 property owners. The BID is supporting Crystal City’s exciting transformation and attractiveness as an urban center through six core service areas: 1) Administration & Management; 2) Community Events & Outreach; 3) Economic Development; 4) Marketing & Promotion; 5) Public Realm & Beautification; and 6) Transportation.
