Events By Vic is looking for Vendors for our 3rd Annual Valentine's Mixer! This year's Theme - "Stop Light Party - Valentine's Edition in Alexandria, VA!

***Calling all Vendors! Events By Vic, a wedding and event planning business in Fairfax, VA, is looking for Vendors for our 3rd Annual Valentine's Mixer! This year's Theme - "Stop Light Party - Valentine's Edition!"
The Vendor Fee is $75.00 and nonrefundable. The Vendor Fee includes the following:
1. One (1) rectangular table and two (2) chairs per Vendor/Company
2. Setting up as early as 6:30 pm at Hilton Garden Inn - the event starts at 7:30.
3. The use of hotel carts for transporting merchandise to and from the hotel lounge
4. Two (2) Admission Tickets to the Party (1 for the Vendor, & 1 for a Guest)
*The deadline to register & pay to be a Vendor is Thurs., Feb. 9th, at 8:00 pm. Vendors can pay the Vendor Fee to Vicky on Venmo using the handle @Victoria-Flack or on this Eventbrite page.
