Come enjoy a four course food and wine experience with a menu curated by Chef Erik Foxx with The Polished Foxx! Food and wine pairings will begin at 7pm.
Tickets include four mini courses and four 4 oz glasses of Firefly wine. Menu is below:
Harvest Chopped Salad Cups, Cranberry Prosecco Vinaigrette- paired with Pet-nat
Candied Yam and Goat Cheese Raviolini, Sage Beurre Blanc- paired with White Cabernet Franc
Braised Short Rib, Roasted Root Vegetable Polenta, Braising Jus- paired with Petit Verdot
Cranberry Nut Blondie Cake, Blood Orange Whipped Cream- paired with Moonlight (port style)
