Event Details
Join us for our annual Veterans Day Dinner at Vint Hill Winery! Spend the evening with us, in what was Monitoring Station #1 and enjoy a delicious wine paired dinner with our winemaker, Mark Ward.
Doors open at 6:30PM. Enjoy a welcome glass of wine followed by a seated and served 4 course dinner, each course will be paired with Vint Hill Wines.
Plated Dinner Menu
Winter Squash Salad with Arugula, Hazelnuts, Pomegranate Seeds and Goat Cheese served with a Balsamic Vinaigrette
Creamy Butternut Squash Soup Shooters with Pepitas
Garlic and Rosemary Beef Tips accompanied by Roasted Red Baby Potatoes and Medley of Seasonal Vegetables
Dessert of New York Cheesecake with Brandied Cherries
* Vegetarian Entrée: Stuffed Squash with Quinoa, Dried Cherries and Toasted Almonds topped with house made Marinara over sautéed Spinach accompanied by Roasted Red Baby Potatoes and Medley of Seasonal Vegetables.
* Only available if requested by Monday, October 31st.
Tickets are $98 per guest (plus tax/service charge).
RSVP required, seats will fill up quickly, so don't delay.
Catering provided by Serendipity Catering.
Sales Tax of 5% Virginia State Tax and 6% County Meals Tax added to each ticket.
SEATING NOTES: Table seating is arranged prior to the start of the event. If you wanted to sit with another group, who is making separate reservations, please include the other guests name in your reservation notes or email jennifer@pearmundcellars.com
